A solution that works in a demo but fails in the field is not a solution. Connectivity varies. Devices vary. Digital confidence varies. The people who will use what we build often have very good reasons for how they do things today.
Design for reality, not the ideal
We design around real people and real operating environments: intermittent connectivity, shared devices, and workflows that must fit into how a community already organises itself. The people closest to a problem should be part of creating the solution.
When technology respects reality, it gets adopted. And adoption, not novelty, is what creates lasting impact.
